Marketing Coordinator/Assistant/Intern (full time positions w/ part time available for interns): Will work with the FOCUS marketing team, contributing to the creation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, branding, reports, and anything else intended to enhance the image and visibility of FOCUS Engineering & Surveying.

We are looking for marketing teammates to offer support in our marketing department and to the various production and non-production departments of our growing company. The right individual, who is highly motivated and quick to learn and adapt to our methodologies and standards, will have opportunities for advancement and leadership as the marketing department grows. The ideal applicant will have an understanding of, and a natural alignment with our core values: exhibiting consistent levels of personal accountability, integrity, teamwork, and customer service. This is an entry-level to mid-level position in which we hope to find the right applicant who is willing to grow and develop into future leadership opportunities.   • Writing blog articles, social media posts, website content, employee bios, project profiles, and other marketing-related content
  • Graphic design for social media, website, brochures, events, project profiles, resumes, and other marketing materials
  • Assist with creating and coordinating proposals
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events and activities
  • Assist with public relations and social media marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Conduct marketing research
  • Provide outstanding marketing support to our internal production departments, showing passion for responsiveness and customer service

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative mindset and desire to pursue new ideas and approaches
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, management, and clients
  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively and efficiently in multiple facets of our office as needed
  • Willingness to learn about our industry and how to best serve our clients
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong graphic design skills, including photo and video editing
  • High competency with the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and Microsoft Office
