Park at City Center
The Kaplan Group hired Focus Engineering & Surveying to complete an ALTA Survey and to plan with Sandy City regarding a property exchange to accommodate this 330-unit apartment development adjacent to Sandy City Hall (to the north).
FOCUS was also selected to complete the preliminary and final civil engineering for the project. The site presented unique challenges with existing infrastructure and vehicle access integration with city hall. Care was taken to plan our access and transportation flow relative to a future performing arts theatre being built adjacent to the site to the west as well as a future planned parking structure to service city hall and the future theatre.
