We are searching for in-office (no remote option) construction coordinators who are long-term, career-minded individuals, determined to provide the highest levels of customer service to support our clients’ success, and who welcome a challenge to help build a better team, organization, and community.

- Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage.
- Have a high level of integrity and an ability to self-motivate and work productively with little to no supervision.
- Willingness to understand and align with FOCUS values.
- High school diploma is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to clients’ phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling and organizing our survey and construction staking calendars.
- Processing document and information requests from our clients.
- Assist with putting together proposals for field services and sending them to clients.
- Monitor and order supplies, ensuring that the proper amount is kept in stock.
- Equipment and fleet management, handling truck registrations, truck and equipment maintenance, and maintain records of trucks and equipment.
- With clear and concise communication, coordinate with a variety of individuals involved in the development process.
- Being the last line of defense for accuracy & quality, hold yourself to high standards & exercise extreme ownership to work within our defined QA/QC review process to ensure project success.
- Will be expected to participate in department goal setting and accomplishment, book reviews, and personal and team development.
Salary: starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-10-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Overtime Available
