Our Projects

FOCUS created a versatile design for Big Willow Creek Estates, a mixed-use project that includes 88 townhomes and 164 single-family units. Located in Draper, Utah, the development accommodates a range of lot sizes and housing types.

Existing utilities posed challenges during the planning and development stages, and grading needed to integrate with surrounding properties and drainage systems. Designs were adjusted to fit the terrain and zoning regulations. FOCUS obtained permissions for essential roads, coordinated with UDOT for access, and ensured safety around power lines, all while meeting developer goals.
