  • Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage.

  • Willingness to understand and align with FOCUS values.
  • High school diploma is required.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to clients’ phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling and organizing our survey and construction staking calendars.
  • Processing document and information requests from our clients.
  • Assist with putting together proposals for field services and sending them to clients.
  • Monitor and order supplies, ensuring that the proper amount is kept in stock.
  • Equipment and fleet management, handling truck registrations, truck and equipment maintenance, and maintain records of trucks and equipment.
  • With clear and concise communication, coordinate with a variety of individuals involved in the development process.
  • Being the last line of defense for accuracy & quality, hold yourself to high standards & exercise extreme ownership to work within our defined QA/QC review process to ensure project success.
  • Will be expected to participate in department goal setting and accomplishment, book reviews, and personal and team development.

Salary: starting at $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-10-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Overtime Available
