Will work from our Idaho office with the FOCUS Utah accounting, admin/HR, and marketing teams, full-time, in-office (No remote option), providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and contributing to the Building of a Better Place.

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of prior office experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit integrity with both internal teammates and external clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering telephone calls, responding to emails in a timely manner, and communicating at a professional level.
  • Competently performing routine aspects of accounting; primarily billing to begin with, but including accounts payable, accounts receivable, analysis of financial data, and consulting with managers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in maintaining and processing accurate time-keeping records.
  • Set up and maintain project data in the billing software.
  • Produce and provide billing managers with accurate and timely billing information in the coordinated production of client invoices.
  • Welcome and direct clients to the appropriate person or conference room.
  • Build strong relationships across all departments and leadership to become an effective consultant in all administrative matters.
  • Distribute clear communications regarding necessary information to the office.
  • Collaborating within our team as well as other departments in the Utah office.
  • Preparation for and onboarding of new employees, and facilitating their integration into our company culture and their new department.
  • Coordinating with leadership to plan company events and arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate general building maintenance.
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and calendars.
  • Assist with a variety of recruiting tasks.
  • Assist employees with benefit information.
  • With integrity and discretion, receive and distribute mail and deliveries within the organization. This role requires safeguarding confidential or high-value materials until they reach the intended recipients.
  • Provide general support to department managers and leadership.
  • As this role evolves, you will be expected to take on more tasks and challenges, which will provide you with an opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Will be expected to participate in department goal setting and accomplishments, book reviews, and personal and team development.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing-related activities at the direction of the Marketing department.
  • Collect and keep updated relevant client contact information to efficiently provide to the Marketing department.
  • Take, collect, and provide staff, activity, and other marketing photos to the Marketing department.
  • Additional administrative, accounting, and marketing tasks as requested by the Office Manager and/or the Utah office.

Starting Pay: $18.00+, per hour

Schedule:
This is a full-time, hourly position
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday, no weekends
