Our Projects

In collaboration with West Jordan City, Gardner Group, Ivory Development, and UDOT, this roadway project extends 9000 South from 6400 West to Bacchus Highway, supporting West Jordan’s transportation plan. The project involves engineering design for nearly a mile of roadway from 6400 West, with the intention of it becoming a UDOT-owned road. FOCUS was tasked with ensuring the design meets UDOT standards, including curb, gutter, sidewalk, signage, and striping. The FOCUS transportation department worked closely with West Jordan City, UDOT, and local property owners to maintain alignment throughout the process. Utilizing experience from previous UDOT projects, they developed an initial design and navigated utility challenges through effective communication with stakeholders, addressing future development needs in the area.
