FOCUS provided site civil design and surveying for the 21-acre site that includes three buildings. The industrial flex buildings are located in the Holbrook Farms Master Planned Community, a large residential community developed by The Boyer Company.

One of the main challenges for the team was creating a design solution that complemented the proposed and existing developments in the site. Another key issue was placement of the large industrial buildings. FOCUS designed for minimal impacts to existing site conditions while providing easy maneuvering of trucks to get from public roadways to docks safely. We closely coordinated the placement of buildings, paths of egress, and drive aisles with the location of site utilities.
