Still Water Homes
FOCUS provided full-service surveying and engineering of 11 phases of this project. The site is over 137+ acres and includes 700 lots on a very flat site.
The project required working around existing utilities and being responsive to multiple city, county, and utility district requirements.
Challenges of the project included a shallow storm drain mainline as well as a large sewer mainline running through the property. FOCUS worked with all of the involved agencies to create a solution. We designed a culvert and duel box culvert for storm drain flow, and worked with the sewer district for all requirements.
