Sunrise Crossing
This is a 300+ unit apartment development in the Traverse Mountain area of Lehi, Utah.
Perry Homes contracted with Focus Engineering & Surveying to redesign this development previously design by another firm in order to provide more efficiency and a lower cost by reconfiguring the layout and design. The Focus team made significant changes to the design and saved Perry Homes several hundred thousand dollars in retaining walls and grading.
Focus Engineering & Surveying provided a better functioning design to accommodate the detached garage design which would not have worked properly due to grading issues.
Additionally, Focus Engineering & Surveying completed a boundary topography survey and provided layout updates and approval processes with Lehi City.
