The Overland Village One Clubhouse in Eagle Mountain City, Utah sits on nearly 6 acres and serves the residential community developed by Ivory Homes. In addition to the clubhouse, the site features amenities like a pool and pool house, amphitheater, retention pond, bridge, water feature, courtyard, zip line, playground, gazebo, outdoor firepit and parking lot.
After initial design iterations, the client requested an adjustment to the retention pond to allow for a small hill that could be used for sledding in the winter. The FOCUS team adjusted slopes and managed soil excavation to save costs. They also tackled drainage challenges with a cost-effective system around the pool and integrated ADA accessibility throughout the site. Close collaboration with Ivory Homes ensured all project requirements were met while complying with city rules and regulations.
