In his new role as QAQC Department Manager, Cole will oversee the quality and consistency of all projects at FOCUS Engineering, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Cole’s qualifications are grounded in a diverse background. He holds a degree in Biochemistry from Utah State University and has served as an Army officer in the Corps of Engineers, where he developed critical leadership abilities and managed complex engineering projects under demanding conditions.

Cole is currently pursuing certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. These will enhance his expertise in project management. Combined with his academic, military, and professional experiences, they position him to lead the QAQC department with innovation, precision, and a focus on exceptional client outcomes.
