Thrive Development was established in 2015 by founders Steve Broadbent and Chas Johnson, who bring over a decade of successful experience in developing multifamily and commercial projects. Their vision for Thrive focuses on creating wins for every client.

Timeless Solutions Tailored for Every Client

Thrive addresses diverse client needs across its two main divisions—Commercial Office and Multifamily. The company’s success is closely tied to that of its clients, reflecting its commitment to exceeding expectations. In the Commercial Office division, Thrive designs innovative spaces that support business growth for medical, dental, professional, and industrial clients. Russ elaborated, “Within our two divisions, our clients are two very different groups. In the office division, our clients are businesses. We want our clients to come into work and have a space they can enjoy. We want to give them thoughtful and creative spaces. Our business is to ensure the success of our client’s businesses, so we strive to go above and beyond in that aspect.”

Additionally, there’s the multifamily division of Thrive. Russ shared Thrive’s approach in this area, noting, “Our tenants are our clients. When developing apartments with up to 300 units, our focus is on each individual tenant. We want our tenants to have a home they are happy with when they lay their heads down at night. We want to create an environment where each tenant will truly thrive.” Aptly named, Thrive Development is committed to exceeding expectations to ensure that all stakeholders can thrive.

A Partnership Shaped by Shared Values

For nine years, Thrive has collaborated with FOCUS. Following their work on Thrive’s office building, the two firms have completed 15 projects together. Both Thrive and FOCUS share core values, including a steadfast commitment to fairness and effective communication in business. They are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment while prioritizing client success.
