Building a Lasting Legacy: FOCUS Wins Top Workplace Award for the Third Consecutive Year
FOCUS Engineering & Surveying has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Salt Lake Tribune Top Workplaces. This is the third year that FOCUS has won this prestigious award. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they allow employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“Being named one of Utah’s Top Workplaces three years in a row is truly meaningful because it represents the loyalty of our employees in doing their best to build a great organization,” said Ron Paul, founder and general manager of FOCUS. “Our core mission is to build a better place—not just through our projects, but within our team of outstanding individuals. We know there’s always room to improve, and this award shows we’re on the right path toward creating a workplace where people feel valued and have every opportunity for personal and professional growth.”
