Our Projects

FOCUS designed five base plans for homes in The Vistas at Summit Ridge development. Three were modifications to existing home plans, while the two largest homes were completely new designs by FOCUS. All designs adhered to HOA requirements for the 42-lot subdivision located in Santaquin, Utah.

The project faced tight deadlines and strict city design standards. FOCUS coordinated closely with various teams to meet these requirements, keep track of timelines, and make necessary adjustments. Floor plan modifications were proposed to improve homeowner satisfaction, and numerous alignment meetings were held with LGI’s team. On-site framing inspections identified areas for improvement, which were quickly incorporated into updated plans based on feedback from buyers and sellers. This process led to the development of a new standard operating procedure for managing client requests and applying them across different base plans with various elevations and garage options.
