US Lawns, a 5,000-square-foot steel building in Nampa, Idaho, was designed to house lawn and landscaping equipment. The project highlighted FOCUS Engineering & Surveying’s expertise in conceptual design, landscape design, and light construction staking for commercial and industrial developments.

As one of FOCUS’s first projects in Idaho, it marked a significant step in expanding services beyond the Wasatch Front into the Metropolitan Boise Area. The client’s unique reliance on property corners and plan set measurements for construction made this project distinct.
