The Draper Hills Residence is a custom 7,000-square-foot single-family home located in Draper, Utah. FOCUS provided structural and CAD services for the home, ensuring that the designs met the client’s room requirements and design expectations.

A unique aspect of this project was its location along a fault line, combined with a sloping lot, which presented complexities that needed to be addressed in the design. FOCUS tackled this challenge through high-level consultation with the clients and stakeholders to maintain structural integrity within the home’s design. Additionally, FOCUS coordinated various in-person and virtual meetings with the client to discuss the final design and ensure client satisfaction.
