Our Projects

Located in Tooele, Utah, Sonrise Townhomes is a multifamily residential project designed in partnership with Hallmark Homes. While FOCUS regularly works on both single family and townhome projects, this design marked a renewed collaboration with Hallmark specifically on a townhome product, building on a well-established and trusted relationship.

FOCUS was engaged to help interpret and implement city-approved conceptual renderings into buildable designs. This included the development of new unit layouts with particular attention paid to end units and interior configurations. Close coordination with Hallmark, including in-office design reviews, ensured city requirements were met while maintaining Hallmark’s design goals. A key focus of the design effort was the interface between units along property lines. Our team worked to ensure appropriate brick placement and eliminate unnecessary overhang between units. The main challenge was coordinating feedback between the client and the city. Through close collaboration, FOCUS helped move the design forward while meeting both city requirements and Hallmark’s goals.
