One clear point of contact. That’s the objective behind Vertical Engineering’s recent appointment of Tui Siliva as Site Plans Manager. Tui is tasked with making sure Focus clients get clear and detailed site plans that meet city requirements as well as our clients’ deadlines. “We build good relationships with most cities,” Tui explains. “We understand their requirements and expectations on site plans.”

It’s a natural progression for Tui, who has been with Focus for nearly two years. Tui has a Bachelor’s in CAD/CAM from Southern Utah University and started at Focus shortly after graduation. He started out helping with site plans, trained by peers and picking things up quickly. Today, Tui coordinates a mixture of single- and multi-family site plans. He is known for his attention to detail, consistency, and patience.
