Stacy Malone was born in California, raised in New Jersey, and is happiest when she is at the beach. She secretly likes country music enough to listen to it a handful of times a year, but if you ask her what her favorite music genre is, she will deny she listens to country and tell you it’s classic 80’s. A long-term FOCUS employee of nearly 12 years, she has watched the company evolve and grow while living up to their philosophy of being a part of something better.

As the Admin/HR Department Manager, the aspect Stacy appreciates most about her job is being involved in identifying FOCUS talent and watching employees’ development and progression in the firm. “Having seen first-hand the FOCUS evolution, it is super exciting for me to see how much opportunity there is for anyone who is motivated, energetic, and really willing to grow as an extension of the company,” Stacy shared. For her, it is encouraging to see staff join the company and embrace opportunities to build upon the collaborative community culture.

In addition to the culture of teamwork, she enjoys how her department cheers on cross-departmental support and provides vital services to both internal and external clients. The FOCUS administrative and human resources department is a small but mighty team—wearing many hats—while supporting all FOCUS departments in some way or another. Stacy looks forward to watching FOCUS continue to evolve and is honored to be part of such a fundamentally sound organization that always strives to be better.
