For more than 30 years Hallmark Homes has built thousands of high quality homes along the Wasatch Front. Their communities are conveniently located and feature eye-catching elevations and interiors that offer functionality to maximize space while adding special touches to match a homeowner’s lifestyle.

Draper Mill is comprised of 31 townhome units built in a growing neighborhood and provides a transition and buffer between the residential neighborhood to the north and high traffic and commercial corridor of 12300 South.

The residential high density land use designation demanded creativity and collaboration between FOCUS design and civil teams to locate building configurations. A sloped portion of the property also created challenges for maximizing areas for open space and storm detention requirements.

FOCUS provided survey and full civil design for the community, as well as architectural and structural design for each townhome building.
