The design process includes a high level of communication to coordinate with external and internal clients, contractors, various city members, mechanical engineers, plumbers, architects, and more to ensure project success. Select materials and create detailed construction plans, ensuring code compliance. Perform structural calculations using advanced software and excel to evaluate loads, forces, and stability factors. Troubleshoot design challenges that arise during both the planning and construction phases.
