  • 1 year of prior office experience preferred.

Responsibilities of Admin:

  • Will work with the admin team, full-time; part-time, in-office (no remote option), providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and contributing to the Building of a Better Place.
  • Exhibit integrity with both internal teammates and external clients.
  • Welcome and direct clients to the appropriate person or conference room.
  • Build strong relationships across all departments and leadership to become an effective consultant in all administrative manners.
  • Distribute clear communications regarding necessary information to the organization.
  • Collaborating within our team as well as other departments.
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and calendars.
  • Assist with a variety of recruiting tasks.
  • Assist employees with benefit information.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, as well as coordinate general building maintenance.
  • With integrity and discretion, will be the receiver and distributor of mail and deliveries within the organization. This role requires safeguarding confidential or high-value materials until they  each the intended recipients.
  • Provide general support to department managers and leadership.
  • As this role evolves, you will be expected to take on more tasks and challenges, which will provide you an opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Will be expected to participate in department goal setting and accomplishments, book reviews, and personal and team development

Starting Pay: $18+ DOE

Schedule:

This is a full-time or part-time, hourly position
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday, no weekends
