NOTE: For staking of rivets, monument straddles, and/or rear lot corners on subdivisions which are platted by Surveyors other than Focus Engineering & Surveying, per Utah State Code (17-23-17): ‘Any time a Surveyor reestablishes a boundary line they shall file a map with the County Surveyor.’ An additional (minimum) charge of $1,500 per lot will apply to cover Record of Survey time and filing cost in addition to the staking fee.
