The Anglesey Residence is a single-family home located in Highland, Utah. The client envisioned a complete remodel, which included adding a second floor and an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), and enlisted the expertise of FOCUS Engineering & Surveying for structural and CAD support. Throughout the process, FOCUS maintained a strong emphasis on preserving the structural integrity of the original home while accommodating the client’s vision for expansion.

To ensure the Anglesey Residence remodel would be both functional and safe, FOCUS worked closely with the client through a series of meetings and phone consultations. These discussions were key in understanding the limitations of the existing footprint and making sure the new design would meet the client’s expectations without compromising the home’s structural stability.
