Our Projects

The Gangan Residence is a custom home designed with keen detail and precision by FOCUS Engineering and Surveying. The owner of The Highland Group requested this 10,024 sq ft design and structural masterpiece. The front entry of this house features a unique staircase design, encircled by a silo-like frame. Although the outcome is distinct, it was a challenge because of curved beams and complex structural design. 

 Furthermore, the rest of this project included —custom design corbels, timber truss designs, and exposed timber framing for the house’s deck.
