With the project site bounded on all sides by existing roadways, parking lots, and buildings, designing the grading for the lot initially proved a challenge. FOCUS worked closely with the architect on site modifications to facilitate a grading design that meshed with the adjacent properties and roadways and increased functionality.

FOCUS provided full-service engineering for the hotel site including topographic survey, subdivision platting, civil engineering, and landscape architecture. Once the design was approved, we provided construction staking for the contractor.
