Our Projects

The Holladay Hills is a 6,500-square-foot custom home located in the foothills of Holladay, Utah. The home includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. This house offers all the amenities you could want, including walk-in closets, main-level and basement family rooms, a spacious kitchen with an island and walk-in pantry, a gym, a craft room, and a playroom.

On the outside, the house features a four-car garage with a mudroom. The FOCUS team developed this home plan over several meetings to capture the dreams and vision of the client. Constant communication with the client allowed the team to design a home that met all the client’s wants, adhered to building standards, and stayed on budget.
