Juniper Estates Residential Subdivision
FOCUS provided engineering and survey for this 50-lot residential subdivision, phase 3 of 5. We prepared detailed rough and precise grading plans and created an earthworks spreadsheet to account for the roadway section, utility trenches, basement spoils, and the finish grade minus existing grade.
The Rose Crest Irrigation line crossed the site, providing additional challenges. Close coordination and several site visits were required to obtain Rose Crest Irrigation approval for horizontal and vertical location of the relocated irrigation line.
FOCUS raised the site to accept material from a previous phase of the project and from a regional detention pond excavation.
