Our Projects

This is a 12-acre site for Mercedes Benz of Farmington, Utah.  Focus Engineering & Surveying recently completed a boundary topography survey and obtained final approval from the city.  The grading and drainage for this site was challenging as it is a relatively flat site and high water table.  The Focus team needed to keep the site high enough to drain storm water, but low enough as not to cause our client a significant cost for import of construction grade fill.  The project is also on some challenging soils and it has required over 200 pilings under the building structure.
