Offices on the Glen
Offices on the Glen is a two-story, 12,000-square-foot, wood framed office building. Focus Engineering & Surveying provided structural engineering services for the plans and designs of this building. The Offices On The Glen provide unique challenges.
On this particular project, a 2nd story balcony was requested over 1st story space. This presented challenges and strict coordination in design to ensure proper connections. Because architectural and structural requirements are so strict, FOCUS Engineers had to be articulate in each step.
