Our Projects

Park City Heights is a 136-unit master planned development on 158 acres.

The first phases of the project encountered survey and grading issues; Focus was brought in by the master developer to complete the remainder of the project design due to our experience in hillside mass grading, individual lot precise grading and earthwork balancing capabilities.

We have completed the second phase of final design for this project, which included precise lot grading to reduce the need for retaining walls and provide pad-ready lots for the home builder.
