Petler Residence
This custom home required special attention to detail due to the designed large steel frame arched roof. The challenges of the roof framing were amplified due to Park City snow loads, and the structural design required limiting the amount of deflection or drift occurring at the roof. From conception through engineering and into construction, Focus Engineering & Surveying worked closely with the owner, designer, and steel detailer to engineer the desired roof system for the project.
