Start Up Crossing

This is a multi-family apartment development containing 100 units on 2.22 acres.  It also contains 4500 SF of common and amenity area which includes a workout room and clubhouse.

The project is also considered a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as it is adjacent to the south Provo Frontrunner station.  As a TOD, our client was able to increase density by providing a walkable access to the Frontrunner station.  The intent is to provide a development that is centered around the use of mass-transit and de-emphasizes the use of passenger vehicles for commuting.
