Our Projects

Located in Ontario, Oregon, River Point RV Park spans 16.5 acres and features 179 RV stalls. The clubhouse covers 3,100 square feet, and is complemented by two pickleball courts and a pavilion area. FOCUS provided civil and landscape construction drawings necessary for the project.

Designing the storm water system for this site presented a challenge, as it would need to be quite shallow to tie into the existing connection point. To overcome this, FOCUS took a creative approach in grading the site, ensuring pipe burial depth requirements were met while maintaining a relatively flat surface for the RV stalls. Additionally, FOCUS designed multiple retention ponds to help manage storm water runoff and alleviate strain on storm water infrastructure during storms.
