Our Projects

As part of the Park City Heights residential development, Ivory Homes was directed by the City of Park City to improve the intersection of SR-248 and Richardson Flat Road. The improvements at this intersection included widening the south leg of the intersection to provide a separate right turn lane and improving the north leg of the intersection to provide a separate left turn lane and a shared through/right turn lane.

FOCUS worked closely with UDOT to ensure the design incorporated future widening along SR-248 and a future traffic signal at this intersection, as well as to gain approval for the access permit. Improvements also included signing and striping along the roadway and a new guardrail along the southeast corner of the intersection.

Communication was the key to success for getting the plans coordinated and reviewed with multiple agencies.
