Situated above Highland with a view overlooking Utah Lake, Trailside Townhomes is a multifamily residential townhome project featuring 149 units across 30 buildings.

FOCUS was tasked with performing construction staking and surveying on this project, which required moving significant amounts of dirt to shape the gully where the hillside development sits. In total, 14 retaining walls were required. The large size and scope of this project required fluent communication with the construction managers, project engineers, and excavation team.
