Courtney sustains a healthy work-life balance in a demanding industry by breaking up the workday. She enjoys taking a 30-minute walk during lunch, which helps her regain energy for the second half of the day. She also enjoys various hobbies to unwind and recharge outside of work—including baking cookies, working on pottery projects, and hiking or skiing in the mountains.

Her favorite architectural masterpiece is the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. It captures the imagination with its intricate and ornate construction and intriguing history.
