Tyler is constantly demonstrating TRUE FOCUS alignment to the values of constant improvement and great work ethic, which allows him to offer FOCUS’s clients the best VALUE in their FOCUS experience. One example of many: Tyler noticed a gap in our ability to provide a valuable water resources service to our clients, so he downloaded HEC-RAS (a hydraulic modeling software) onto his computer and spent a weekend teaching himself how to use it. His goal was to be able to provide a better value to FOCUS clients by expanding the services FOCUS offers. I love to see our young designers and future engineers take the initiative to reach beyond their current technical abilities and raise their own and FOCUS’s capacity to keep our clients happy. Tyler has my whole-hearted endorsement for Employee of the Month!

I believe Aaron is TRUE in regards to keeping our clients happy. Aaron has always been willing to do what it takes to take care of the clients, even if that means he might have to work longer hours or take on an intimidating project. I think Aaron has a TRUE understanding of the Hedgehog concept and is always willing to be a part of the solution, not the problem. Thanks, Aaron!

Aaron has been TRUE through understanding clients’ values. During my short time here at FOCUS, Aaron has helped me to understand why we focus on our clients and what they really value. He demonstrates what it means to try to give the client what they want in the most efficient manner.

Aaron is always thinking of how he can not only help the client, but how he can help the TEAM. He sees the bigger picture and always works so hard to ensure CLIENT SUCCESS while also teaching his peers so they can also be successful. Staking has applied some heavy pressure on the survey team and especially on Aaron. He has taken that pressure and turned it into a level of TRUST between our departments. He is a TRUE VALUE to the FOCUS team and we are grateful for the hard work put in. Thank you for all you do to help us BUILD A BETTER PLACE.
