On a recent project, Emily demonstrated true value to a client. On a concept submittal, the county came back and wanted a whole section redesigned. The original concept was designed by others, and we were brought on for conceptual engineering. I passed the client’s suggestions off to Emily. When she presented the updated concept back to the client, she took the opportunity to consult and point out a few areas that could be improved and result in a better end product for the client. More open space, a similar number of units, and improved connectivity. The first portion (updating county concerns) was already on a tight deadline, but she went above and beyond to provide even greater value to the client by consulting on areas that could be improved.

Eyen has gained a higher level of understanding for VALUE and demonstrated that through an eagerness to learn and grow so that she is capable of delivering for CLIENTS in ways that stretch her. She provided efficient, accurate work and made herself invaluable to Site Civil and internal clients by stretching herself on multiple last-minute requests while managing her own projects, showing how she is TRUE to our mission of KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY, both internal and external.
