FOCUS provided full structural design on the 4,000 square foot Linrose Dental office building in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The design included a dumpster enclosure, and a uniquely elevated entryway. FOCUS utilized spreadsheets for typical design and ENERCALC for more complex areas like the entryway. Custom anchorage for the entire project was incorporated through tools like ENERCALC and Simpson anchor designer.

When issues arose in the foundation pouring during this project’s construction, FOCUS offered various solutions to resolve the issue. Ultimately, to address the foundation, FOCUS provided post installed options for all anchorage in the building, and justification for an offset foundation wall to guarantee structural stability.
