Our Projects

Alpine Estate is a high-end custom home with over 15,000 square feet located in Alpine, Utah. FOCUS provided structural engineering and CAD services, while working in collaboration with the architect and builder on the project. The home’s large footprint and mountainous location required retaining situations in several areas. FOCUS took site conditions, grading, and homeowner input into consideration for its designs, and actively coordinated with all stakeholders to ensure site requirements and client needs with a high level of detail.
