FOCUS provided master planning and engineering services for an evolving, frequently changing project. Our adaptive, flexible approach to the variety of product types and phasing helped to meet critical deadlines. Thoughtfully considering the infrastructure needs of the planned community, Focus helped to create a city center for the area that offers a mix of residential and commercial uses. Residents also enjoy trails and open space as well as swim and tennis club.
