Located in the heart of West Jordan, Affinity 56 offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom resort-style apartments. Affinity 56 includes 18, three-story buildings for a total of 531 units.

FOCUS provided full civil design spread over four phases. Engineers retrofitted a clubhouse and pool to an already approved set of drawings and advanced the changes through design and approval in under a month. While accessibility requirements for multifamily properties proved challenging due to the slope of the site, FOCUS engineers relied on their extensive experience to ensure stress-free design approvals.

The community boasts hotel-grade amenities, including Utah’s first lazy river, a resort-inspired pool and spa, two clubhouses, multiple playgrounds, outdoor lounge areas, a resident garden, and a large clubhouse.
