Our Projects

This new 223-acre master-planned community is tucked into the foothills of Lake Mountain. The multi-phase development offers large lots. More than six miles of trails wind through and around the community and a large park.

As FOCUS engineers developed the storm drain and flood control master plan for the community, they recognized the soils would prove challenging for locating septic tanks. FOCUS worked with Eagle Mountain City to address drainage requirements while configuring the best project layout to meet ordinances. By collaborating closely with the geotechnical engineer to identify site-specific conditions, lot layouts were adjusted to meet local and State Health code requirements.
