Ladd is definitely one of a kind. I’ve been working closely with him over the past month, and I’m honestly impressed by his attention to detail and how much he’s learned in such a short time. He’s always looking for ways to streamline our processes without ever compromising the high QAQC standards our clients expect. As a Crew Chief, having him out there is a huge plus. He’s adapted quickly and is getting faster in the field, not just because of what he’s been taught, but because of his own initiative and common sense. He has a solid technical grasp of what we do, but what I appreciate most is his mindset, he actually wants to know the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind our workflows. He’s a great ally in the field, always staying one step ahead and ready for any curveballs. I see him as a future leader who truly fits our culture. Great job Ladd.

Tyler has shown very impressive TRUE definition by working hard to increase the VALUE delivered to clients on projects. This past month, he has been helping me with a hydraulic model of a channel, something he has worked very hard on to provide a strong, valuable product for the client from FOCUS. He has put in a significant amount of effort and consistent communication throughout this process to ensure the final product is as accurate and high-quality as possible. His dedication to getting the details right and improve the work he does has been very impressive. Tyler has worked very hard to be a valuable member of the FOCUS team.
