FOCUS Engineering & Surveying: Top Workplace 2022
FOCUS Engineering & Surveying has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Salt Lake Tribune. The award is based solely on employee feedback and uniquely measures 15 culture drivers including values, direction, communication, leadership, benefits, and meaningfulness.
The survey was administered by Energage, a company that collects and measures feedback from those who know a firm best: the people who work there. Energage partners every year with The Salt Lake Tribune to identify outstanding workplaces in Utah. It does this by inviting 2400+ organizations (that’s more than 90,000 employees!) throughout Utah to participate.

This award is a recognition of our firm’s strong 2022, an important year for the company for several reasons including our 15-year anniversary, expanding our presence into Idaho with the opening of a new office in Meridian, and surpassing the 100-employee milestone.
