I’d like to nominate Paulina “Nina” for exhibiting HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS. She consistently demonstrates a strong PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS and has quickly become a key contributor to our TEAM.

In a short amount of time, she has taken full ownership of layout responsibilities, showing initiative, and a commitment to delivering layouts on time. Her ability to learn quickly and adapt has not gone unnoticed—multiple managers have praised her for stepping up, asking the right questions, and having GRIT, to coordinate with different departments and clients.

Nina deserves your vote for employee of the month. 🙂

Nina is the type of TEAMmate who’s always ready to jump in and help, no matter what’s going on or how busy she is. She brings a positive energy to every situation and makes it easy for everyone to work together. Nina BONDS EASILY with others and makes people feel supported. She has been a huge help in coordinating between the staking department and the CAD department, keeping us on schedule and ensuring we are able to KEEP CLIENTS HAPPY. Her TEAMwork, attitude, and dedication are valuable in the TEAM.

Runner-up: Jess Van-Duren—A Team Mentality

Jess is ANTI-NEOPLASTIC, very good at protecting and strengthening relationships. She has shown this in a variety of way this month. Earlier month she got two different cakes for two different TEAMmates for their birthdays to remind them of home. The week of FSB, she goes around to fellow FSB attendees and reminds everyone to do the homework and reading. Jess also helped coordinate a multi department, after work, event this month. Jess makes her TEAMmates and clients feel loved and is constantly striving to protect and strengthen those relationships and that makes her a PLATINUM employee.

Congratulations to Paulina and Jess.  Thank you to everyone who are doing their best to put forward PLATINUM effort in all they do each and every day.  The examples of Paulina and Jess, as well as everyone who was nominated for July are hopefully motivation for all of us.
