Michael has grown tremendously in the past few months. His technical skills have gotten significantly better in a seemingly short amount of time as well as his ability to BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with clients as well. He has taken on a lot of external client COMMUNICATION and is holding TRUE to the FOCUS mission of KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY through quick COMMUNICATION, detailed plans, and thorough responses. Additionally, I have had another PM in FOCUS tell me about how well Michael did in a roleplay that we did in a betterment meeting and that he put in a lot of time and effort into really understanding clients’ needs and asking a lot of questions to make sure they felt heard.

Erick has pulled me out of so many pickles, but lately he has gone above and beyond. He recently took charge of some issues we were having getting a complicated ALTA Survey up to the client’s and City’s standards. He met with the clients and City to properly understand what they were looking for and delivered everything in record time. He is always willing to jump on anything at a moment’s notice to hit the bullseye of KEEPING FOCUS CLIENTS HAPPY.
