I’d like to nominate Mark for Employee of the Month for being TRUE in delivering an accurate FOCUS experience for our clients. Mark consistently demonstrates precision and reliability in his work, ensuring that what we deliver is exact, high-quality, and aligned with the FOCUS brand. Despite being with FOCUS for less than a year, he operates at a high level, takes ownership of deadlines, and often puts in extra time to make sure deliverables are complete and accurate.

As someone new to the SCR team, I’ve personally seen how valuable Mark is. He has stepped up as a trainer, communicating technical concepts clearly and patiently while consistently making himself available to help. His strong technical skills and willingness to teach not only elevate the team but directly contribute to better outcomes for our clients. In a time where we’ve lost several senior team members, Mark has become a steady and dependable presence, helping maintain the level of quality and trust that keeps FOCUS clients happy.
